If you have a NCY handlebar clamp on your Ruckus and still want to use your stock speedo, the NCY Speedometer Bracket is a must! Bolts right up to the mounting location found on the NCY handlebar clamp. This part is compatible with both open and closed top NCY handlebar clamp.
